American Roofing and Construction was founded in the Spring of 2008 by Dennis and Mary Ann Beets, along with their sons Jeff and Jordan.
Headquartered in Ponca City, Oklahoma, Dennis and Mary Ann built this company around a simple idea: a local, small-town business that cultivates meaningful bonds with neighbors and the community.
From the beginning, the mission was clear — superior workmanship built on honesty, integrity, quality, and good ol' hard work. From humble beginnings installing asphalt shingles, American Roofing has grown into a full-service commercial roofing operation handling nine distinct roofing systems and in-house sheet metal fabrication.
